spacious room friendly staff sea view
the room was spacious and clean. they arranged flowers for my room. i got upgraded to a room with a sea view. breakfast had a good spread with cooked options.

historical charm with modern comforts!

The staff was so attentive!!! they helped me arrange flowers for my room, just awesome. i even got upgraded to a fantastic room with a sea view, i was like royalty. breakfast was a typical spread with a menu for cooked options. I thought both were well prepared and tasty. the pool and pool bar were a great addition. it was a very short walk from the beach!!!

The reception staff was helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process plus addressing all my inquiries quickly. housekeeping kept everything spotlessly clean throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the promptness and attention to detail. room service delivered promptly. The staff was polite and accommodating.

Breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice. They also served my favorite hot drink as soon as i arrived. the hotel restaurant is right on the beach, and everything was freshly brought to my table. the breakfast room had magnificent chandeliers plus a beautiful fresco!!!

Mixed feelings about this stay
weak coffee broken safe
The breakfast was not great. the selection felt limited. the coffee tasted weak. also, the in-room safe was not working. It took two calls to reception to get someone to fix it. i expected better from a hotel like this. it felt inconvenient and a bit disruptive!

The breakfast service was subpar. The selection felt limited. the reception staff was discourteous upon arrival. Small imperfections were present in the room, though these were tolerable.
