The staff was so attentive!!! they helped me arrange flowers for my room, just awesome. i even got upgraded to a fantastic room with a sea view, i seemed like royalty. breakfast was a typical spread with a menu for cooked options. I thought both were well prepared and tasty. the pool and pool bar were a great addition. it was a very short walk from the beach!!!

the reception staff was helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process plus addressing all my inquiries quickly. housekeeping kept everything spotlessly clean throughout my stay; i especially appreciated the promptness and attention to detail. room service delivered promptly; the staff was polite and accommodating.

breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice; they also served my favorite hot drink as soon as i arrived. the hotel restaurant is right on the beach, and everything was freshly brought to my table. the breakfast room had magnificent chandeliers plus a beautiful fresco!!!

The breakfast was not great. the selection felt limited. the coffee tasted weak. also, the in-room safe was not working. It took two calls to reception to get someone to fix it. i expected better from a hotel like this. it felt inconvenient and a bit disruptive!
